I am throwing it out into the universe, and we will see what happens. I have never done this before.

My debut album, SHADOWS: The Unaccompanied Viola Sonatas of Günter Raphael, was nominated to be in the first round of voting for the Recording Academy. The voting will not be taking place for a few more weeks (beginning on October 4th), but I looking to cast my album out into the universe, so that other voting members of The Academy (which votes for GRAMMY® AWARDS in all sorts of genres) will have a chance to be considered.

SHADOWS, which was produced by Affetto Records, a subsidiary of Naxos, was released back on February 2nd of this year!
